Your course instructor is an experienced psychotherapist and corporate mental health trainer with a deep understanding of workplace stress, emotional intelligence, and team dynamics.
With over two decades of experience supporting professionals across a range of sectors, he brings a grounded, practical approach to mental health training—combining psychological insight with real-world strategies that work.
He has delivered mental health and wellbeing training across international and multicultural environments, working with professionals from the UK, the UAE, the United States, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and South Asia. This global exposure enables him to design and deliver culturally informed programmes that align with organisational values, leadership expectations, and diverse workforce needs.

Meet your Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, I work closely with organisations to ensure accessing Corporate Minds International’s mental health and emotional intelligence training is straightforward, responsive, and effective. I act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, supporting them from initial enquiry through to programme delivery with clarity, professionalism, and commercial awareness.
I take time to understand each organisation’s objectives, operational context, and workforce needs, enabling me to coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and programme logistics in a way that aligns with business priorities and internal processes. Clear, timely communication is central to my role, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and confident at every stage of engagement.
Alongside client liaison, I oversee all operational planning and delivery coordination, ensuring programmes are executed efficiently, consistently, and in line with agreed standards and timelines. This includes managing international engagements, supporting cross-border delivery, and maintaining high levels of service across the UK, the UAE, and global markets.
By managing operational, administrative, and logistical details, I create a seamless end-to-end client experience, enabling organisations to engage with our services with confidence and ensuring all programmes are delivered to the highest professional and organisational standards.
